Bolidtop® 500 RF
ANTISKID - LIQUID-TIGHT - SEAMLESS
The Bolidtop® 500 RF is an antiskid flooring system with a sealed pore-free surface. This cast and quartz-inlaid work floor is suitable for medium-lift truck traffic and performs well in wet and oily conditions. The floor system is seamless, liquid-tight and wear-resistant, making it very suitable for the food industry. Moreover, Bolidtop® 500 RF is resistant to the most usual chemicals.

Specification
Bolidtop® 500 RF is a ca. 3 mm thick seamless flooring system based on low-viscous two component resins. The liquid-applied Bolidtop® 500 RF is antiskid because of the quartz present in the surface.

The seamless character, the impermeability to liquids and the wear-resistance of this flooring system are such that medium-heavy traffic such as forklift trucks and heavy pallet wagons can do their work on this floor. Moreover, Bolidtop® 500 RF is resistant to the most usual chemicals.
CERTIFICATION
In the development of all Bolidtop® flooring systems for the food industry and therefore also for the Bolidtop® 500 RF, the requirements and the stresses to which the floor is exposed are considered. Since floors in the food industry often present hygienic challenges and are therefore included in the HACCP, Bolidt’s high-quality flooring systems contribute to meeting HACCP requirements and affiliated certifications, such as BRC, GLOBAL G.A.P., IFS Food, RIK, SKAL and GFSI.
