De Bolicoat® 50 is a coating system that can be used as a dust binder and can be incorporated at low initial costs. This is partly due to its short processing and drying time.

Specifications
Bolicoat® 50 is a (floor) coating based on two component resins. The coating system consists of two layers. This water-based system is practically odourless, permeable to water vapour and incombustible. Bolicoat® 50 can be applied to slightly damp substrates.

The substrate covered with this coating becomes dust-free and acquires a tidy appearance. However, the texture of the substrate remains highly visible. The Bolicoat® 50 coating system is also resistant to a wide range of chemicals. Bolicoat® 50 is frequently used in new construction and renovation projects.
CERTIFICATION
In the development of all Bolidtop® flooring systems for the food industry, and therefore also for the Bolicoat® 50, the requirements and the stresses to which the floor is exposed are considered. Since floors in the food industry often present hygienic challenges and are therefore included in the HACCP, Bolidt’s high-quality flooring systems contribute to meeting HACCP requirements and affiliated certifications, such as BRC, GLOBAL G.A.P., IFS Food, RIK, SKAL and GFSI.
