The Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I is an electrically conductive and highly chemical-resistant floor finish that is very suitable for light and medium mechanical loads.
This cast industrial floor finishing system has a sealed pore-free surface and is applied to an electrically insulated substrate. Its electrical properties are set to ensure personal safety and comply with applicable international standards. Its durability, seamless nature and high wear resistance are such that medium-duty traffic such as forklifts and pallet trucks can do their work for many years without a care in the world.

Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I is an approx. 4 mm thick electrically conductive flooring system that is highly resistant to chemicals and has been developed for application on electrically isolated substrates. The electrical properties are set to guarantee personal safety and to comply with the applicable international standards.

The high level of chemical resistance, especially against organic solvents and inorganic acids, makes this flooring system uniquely resistant. Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I is frequently used in new-build and renovation projects.
CERTIFICATION
In the development of all Bolidtop® flooring systems for the food industry and thus also for the Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I, the requirements and the stresses to which the floor is exposed are considered. Since floors in the food industry often present hygienic challenges and are therefore included in the HACCP, Bolidt’s high-quality flooring systems contribute to meeting HACCP requirements and affiliated certifications, such as BRC, GLOBAL G.A.P., IFS Food, RIK, SKAL and GFSI.
