Soon the installation of the Bolidtop® flooring systems will take place. Our own trained and educated application teams will carry out the installation. Soon, the floor will literally form the basis for your production process. Apart from Bolidt advising you on the right flooring system for your specific situation, we always look at all the conditions and circumstances before, during and after application that influence the result of the flooring system. All to ensure that your floor is and remains durable.
This page contains the checklist of actions and precautions you should take to properly prepare for the installation of your floor.
SUBFLOOR
The quality of the substrate on which the Bolidtop® floor finish is installed is of great importance. Bolidt always advises on the requirements the various substrates must meet in order to achieve optimum adhesion of the Bolidtop® floors and thus guarantee a robust and durable floor. The substrate must:
- Be sufficiently dry before installation; also check for leaks
- Sufficiently dry during and after installation; also checks for leakages
- Made available sufficiently clean; check for cleanliness
- Free of obstacles

- Be free and without obstacles; check for free access area
- Directly accessible for delivery of materials and machines; check accessibility
- Masking, covering or protecting objects and machines; check for protection
